This is a dual-location position requiring regular shifts at both Nektar Wine Bar (New Hope, PA) and The Clinton House (Clinton, NJ), approximately 35 minutes apart. It's ideal for candidates seeking consistent hours, full-time potential, and growth across two established restaurants.

A historic landmark steakhouse on the Raritan River — a premier dining destination in Hunterdon County since 1743. Upcoming renovations include expanded dining venues and a boutique inn.

Who we're looking for

We're seeking part-time or full-time Servers and Bartenders who:

  • Have experience in full-service fine dining
  • Bring wine, spirits, steak, and seafood base knowledge
  • Are reliable and consistent
  • Are interested in long-term career growth — not just picking up shifts

Availability

To be a fit, you must be:

  • Available to work weekends (Sundays) and holidays
  • Minimum availability of 20 hours per week
  • Reliable, trustworthy, consistent, and take initiative

Commitment & expectations

Because of the depth of our training and our investment in the team, we seek a minimum two-year commitment following a successful 90-day trial period. If you're motivated, professional, curious, and excited to build a career in hospitality — not just work another restaurant job — we'd love to meet you.

A few things we'll ask when you apply

  1. Can you work both locations, weekends (Sundays included) and holidays, with reliable transportation?
  2. How far do you currently live from both locations?
  3. If you live more than 30 minutes away, can you consistently arrive on time — including early call times, traffic, and weekends?
  4. Are you available on weekends and select holidays (excluding Christmas Day, when we're closed)?
  5. How many years of serving experience do you have in a full-service fine dining restaurant?
  6. Following a 90-day trial period, are you open to a minimum two-year commitment?
  7. Are you interested in leadership or management-track responsibilities in addition to server/bartender shifts? (Preferred)
